OpenKey Mortgage Advisors ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects who have opted in to receive text messages. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from OpenKey Mortgage Advisors including:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and loan stage. You may receive anywhere from occasional messages to several messages per week during active loan processing.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. OpenKey Mortgage Advisors does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old to opt in.
